Cookies are small text files sent by the server and saved to the device of the person visiting our Website (usually to a computer’s hard drive or to a mobile device). Transfer of data with the use of cookies

Saving cookies to the Users’ end devices depends solely on their consent. This means that when you consent to saving cookies, these files may be temporarily stored in a designated space and read by their provider. Fulfilment of the following purposes is also justified by the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in provision of access to the Website and provision of services at the highest possible level (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

For what purpose do we use Cookies?

Cookies are used for the purpose of registration, login, presentation and personalisation of the Website’s content, handling forms, adjustment of the Website’s content to the preferences of a given User, ensuring proper operation of the Website and its functionalities, marketing own products and services.

Cookies are also used for functional purposes, for content personalisation, and for statistical, analytical and marketing purposes.

The basis for collecting information about Website Users is the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in marketing of its products and services, conducting statistical and analytical analyses, ensuring the highest level of service.

Google Analytics

The website uses cookies used to monitor website traffic, i.e. data analytics, including Google Analytics cookies from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), or “Google” in short. Cookies are saved to the Website User’s computer and then transferred to one of Google’s servers in the USA and saved there. They are used by Google to analyse the manner in which the Website is used by the Website User, to create statistics and reports on the Website’s operation, as well as for advertising purposes. Use of cookies makes it possible to display personalised ads, conduct marketing campaigns which are more interesting for users and at the same time more valuable for publishers and advertisers. Google also uses conversion cookies, whose main purpose is to help advertisers in determining how many persons who click advertisements purchased their products. These files allow advertisers to check whether the user visited the advertiser’s website after clicking the advertisement.


Google does not use the collected data to identify the Website User and does not combine this information in order to enable identification. The website anonymises IP addresses, which means that in the territory of Member States of the European Union or other countries which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area the IP address of the Website User shall be shortened beforehand by Google. The full IP address is transmitted to one of Google’s servers in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases only. With regard to the exceptional cases where personal data are transmitted to the USA, Google is certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. This means that the entity has undertaken to comply with the principles of personal data protection applicable in the European Union.

The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Article 6(1), first sentence, (f), of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in conducting analyses and keeping statistics, as well as advertising activities.

The data collected via Google Analytics are stored for 26 months.

Selecting appropriate settings in the browser makes it possible to prevent the use and storage of cookies on devices used by the Website User when browsing the Website. However, we would like to inform that this may lead to inability to use all functions of the Website.

It is also possible to block the saving and processing by Google of data generated by cookies relating to use of the website (including the IP address of the Website User). Google AdWords Remarketing

The website uses the Google AdWords Remarketing function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

The legal basis for the processing of the Website User’s data is Article 6(1), first sentence, (f), of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in direct marketing, conducting analyses and keeping statistics.

Google AdWords uses the remarketing technology, which enables the Controller to display advertisements presented on Google partners’ websites to Website Users (i.e. persons who visited the Website and thus became interested in the offer presented thereon). Thus, the cookies used make it possible to recognise the Website User when they visit the websites of our advertising partners, as well as to display advertisements that are tailored to the Website User’s interests. The Website Users’ interests are also examined with the use of cookies.

However, the data saved in cookies are not used by Google AdWords to create profiles of Website Users, which means that they are not used to link them to other personal data.

You can block the use of cookies by Google by going to www.google.com/privacy/ads. However, we would like to inform that this may lead to inability to use all functions of the Website.

The Website uses the remarketing technology of various cooperating partners. The technology makes it possible to display targeted advertising on websites belonging to partner networks to Website Users who have already visited the Website and are interested in the offer. The advertisements are placed with the use of cookies. Cookies may be used to analyse the behaviour of Website Users when they visit the website, and subsequently to present targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising.

Changing cookie settings

As a rule, web browsers as well as other software installed on a computer or another device connected to the Internet allow placement of cookies on the device by default. As a consequence, they enable the collection of information about persons visiting the Website. However, changing web browser settings enables Website users to withdraw or modify their consent for the use of the cookies at any given time. This means that Website Users may, for example, partially limit the saving of Cookies to their device or disable them altogether. However, the Controller informs that limiting or disabling the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities offered by the Store's website.

XIV. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

The Controller may modify the Policy in the future, for example in connection with amendment to the applicable provisions on the processing of personal data or other provisions of law, changes to the scope of services or functionalities offered via the Website, or technological and technical solutions that may affect the provisions set out in the Policy.
